Description

Painting I final. I did a portrait of one of my friends. I took the photo at night, in the rain, with the city lights of Topeka (oh topeka...) behind him. I turned him black and white (obviously) and kept the background in color. Our assignment was to have contrast of some sort, so I thought black and white versus color would suffice.

I wish I would have worked longer on the painting (I feel that way about most of the paintings in this class...) but it was finals week and I had to prioritize...
